Here you'll get to: You will help spearhead the expansion of our custom music division which includes active participation in client presentations and pitches and coordinating growth strategies with our licensing, marketing and executive teams; You will actively participate in creative decisions with regard to WCPM's music projects including bringing fresh ideas and suggestions to the table and offering feedback on music submissions; You will serve as a lead creative liaison between WCPM and external production partners, advocating for the musical vision while balancing budgetary and schedule constraints; You will serve as a primary creative bridge to the wider Warner Chappell Music (WCM) ecosystem, proactively building relationships with frontline A&R and sync teams, songwriters, and producers. We'd love it if you also had: A network of highly-skilled freelance music professionals (composers, musicians, engineers, editors, etc.); At least 10+ years of professional experience in a music production or post-production environment; A proven 'Rolodex' of active relationships with Executive Producers, Showrunners, and Heads of Production at major networks and streaming platforms (Netflix, HBO, Bravo, etc.).
