NYHELPS Min Quals: Six years of experience years of experience in project management which must have included planning and at least three other of the management process groups: origination (including governance work intake, portfolio management, capacity demand planning); initiating; executing; controlling; and, closing; and the development of project management deliverables, such as scope statements, schedules, budgets, quality plans, risk plans, and communication plans. Serve as project manager for DEC's Internal Control (IC) system including annual IC Review process, track findings, ongoing Corrective Action Plan (CAP) monitoring and IC application updated; participate on a project improvement team, become the subject matter expert on this topic and assist IC Coordinator with implementing improvements and coordinating agencywide communications.
