Strong technical acumen and understanding of software development principles, data pipelines, and APIs, paired with hands-on curiosity using AI tools for prototyping and code-adjacent work (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar) to explore data, validate hypotheses quickly, and build lightweight prototypes that sharpen conversations with Engineering. Strong communication and judgment — able to define and measure improvement opportunities, translate complex data and technical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences, build relationships across Engineering, Analytics, and Marketing, and navigate ambiguity and competing priorities.
