This role is accountable for defining the DR product strategy and roadmap, translating business resilience requirements into prioritized product outcomes, planning and executing DR tests across the enterprise, and ensuring DR capabilities (architecture, tooling, testing, data, and remediation) deliver measurable value to the enterprise. The Product Owner partners closely with DR Policy and Governance, Architecture, Delivery, and product teams to evolve a scalable, testable, and auditable DR capability aligned with Eaton's resilience, risk, and regulatory objectives.
