Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum preferred) Strong understanding of requirements management, quality assurance, and testing practices Experience operating in fast‑paced, mission‑focused, cross‑functional environments Ability to facilitate discussions and guide diverse stakeholders toward consensus Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical and non‑technical information clearly Demonstrated professionalism, initiative, and collaborative mindset Experience using Jira or similar Agile project management tools Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Preferred fields: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related disciplines 3+ years of professional experience in technical support, business analysis, and/or delivery role(s) Prior experience supporting enterprise IT, service desks, or mission systems is preferred.
