Day to day, you will: Own the integrated AI productivity strategy and roadmap for Microsoft Copilot (Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, and Copilot Studio) and Anthropic Claude (Claude Chat, Claude Code, Claude Skills, Claude Cowork, and Claude for Financial Services), determining which capabilities to pilot, scale, integrate, rationalize, or retire based on evidence of value, risk, and cost, so our AI portfolio stays aligned to enterprise strategy and business priorities. Drive adoption with the AI Enablement Consultants, Human Resources, and the Technical Enablement Lead through training, onboarding, office hours, support, and well-governed, discoverable catalogs of Copilot Agents and Claude skills, plugins, and connectors, and lead pilots with clear entry and exit criteria that grow into sustainable services.
