A Product Support Hardware Engineer for the Product Support Team (PST) works directly with Product Management, Production, Sourcing, Suppliers, Field Service, Customers, and Development Engineering to resolve production, obsolescence, and customer field issues. Troubleshooting and providing solutions to product issues will require problem solving, test development, analysis of field and/or production test data, requirements analysis, hardware design, hardware field installation and test.
