As the Training Production Supervisor , you will primarily train hourly employees to new processes or confirm hourly employees are still able to understand and perform after time on the job (“recertification” or “refresher” training) as employees cycle through regularly scheduled day and night shifts. + Participate in safety, environment, and process investigations, audits, or assessments through HAZOPs, learning teams, root cause analysis, pre-startup safety reviews, maintenance and/or capital project reviews, and other activities.
