This role is responsible for driving operational excellence across multiple shifts while ensuring safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets are consistently met. This position will be a key Manufacturing leader at my client's new facility in the western suburbs, providing valuable coaching/leadership to employees, as well as driving/implementing LEAN/CI initiatives. They have found themselves at the forefront of their industry, and one look at their brand new production facility will show you they are viewing the sky as the limit in terms of growth. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in manufacturing operations and a proven ability to drive performance across all operational areas-including production, supply chain, planning, financial reporting, cost control, lead times, forecasting, and more. Manage KPIs daily pertaining to Inventory Turns, Gross Margin, On Time Delivery, Operational Efficiency, Lead Times, Cost Reductions, multi-site integration, forecasting, scrap, labor, and revenue delivery. In this role, you will focus on enhancing processes, implementing lean manufacturing practices, conducting capacity analysis, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to support operational excellence across the organization.
