Operate an Air Sweeper Truck to clean parking lots and remove debris such as pavement fragments, millings, mud, and construction materials • Conduct daily pre-trip inspections of the sweeper truck • Perform minor mechanical and safety checks on the truck and equipment • Wear proper PPE and enforce safety compliance • Review route schedules and clarify any unclear instructions before the shift begins • Drive and operate the sweeper truck safely and efficiently through all assigned stops • Complete jobs within scheduled timeframes while maintaining quality • Track completed tasks using company sweep validation procedures • Exercise caution during inclement weather conditions • Report mechanical issues, near misses, or accidents to the Supervisor within 8 hours • Refuel the vehicle at the end of the shift • Perform additional duties as assigned. • High school diploma or equivalent or relevant work experience • Valid Chauffeurs License required • CDL A or B with current Medical Card preferred • Must pass pre-employment screening and complete a DOT Physical (company-paid if needed) • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions • Exposure to noise, vibration, grease, oil, and other job site hazards • Physically demanding work • Occasionally lift 50 lbs., stoop, kneel, bend, push, pull, and reach • Frequently walk, stand, drive, and operate machinery for extended periods • Good vision, close distant depth perception, and focus adjustment • Regular use of hands and arms to operate equipment and tools • Use of hearing, eye, and other safety gear required.
