Partnering closely with Operations, Engineering, EH&S, and Manufacturing Technology teams, this role provides technical leadership for process safety compliance, capital projects, process optimization, root cause analysis, and manufacturing performance improvements. This individual will beresponsible for leading and sustaining Process Safety Management (PSM) programs while identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, reliability, capacity, and cost performance.
