Participate in assigned patient health evaluation at the time of each clinic visit by assessing as a minimum the vital signs, Height, Weight, BMI, pain, and obtaining from the patient and/or medical record and/or from the family, relatives, friends, or others the patient has identified who are involved with their health care, the dates of the last PSA, Mammo, PAP, as appropriate for sex and age of patient, smoking status, possible abuse, medical and surgical history, pertinent family history, immunization history and current medication list. Job Duties: Ability to handle the required duties and tasks to provide coverage to Oncology, Cardiology, Surgery, GYN and Infectious Disease clinic and other specialty clinics on a moments notice as well as LPN nursing care duties located in other Outpatient areas.
