Oversees the provision of all pallet assembly, including, but not limited to: building pallets, running and offloading the gang saw, use of radial arm and miter saws, loading and unloading trucks, driving the forklift, loading and unloading the kiln, running the automatic pallet assembler, running all other machines as required, and building crates. Along with Production Manager, trains, and supervises all Pallet Assemblers on the use of the machines necessary to produce pallets and crates.
