In this hands-on role, you will support axle and suspension fabrication, assembly, machining, and paint processes while partnering across engineering, production, maintenance, and product development. You will have the opportunity to improve manufacturing performance, design and optimize tooling and fixtures, support new product launches, and lead initiatives that strengthen safety, quality, cost, and productivity.
