As a key member of the operations team, you'll lead daily production activities, coach employees, address operational challenges in real time, and ensure the plant meets customer requirements while maintaining a safe and positive work environment. Reporting to the Production Manager, this role is responsible for leading hourly production employees, ensuring safety, quality, staffing, and productivity goals are achieved during the night shift.
