The Coordinator will help keep projects moving through various production workflows and delivery by maintaining clear schedules, tracking assets and approvals, supporting shoot logistics, communicating status, and supporting producers, production managers, creative teams, vendors, and cross-functional partners. Assist with cross-functional production needs across assigned workflows, which may include vendor coordination, shoot/logistics support, post-production tracking, design asset coordination, platform delivery preparation, or partner-facing asset requests, depending on the team.
