Essential<ul><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Ability to work independently.</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Written and verbal communication skills.</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Ability to work under stress.</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Demonstrated leadership ability. </li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Ability to lift minimum of 40bs.</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Pulling, stretching, bending and lifting for duration of shift. </li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Standing, sitting or walking for duration of shift.</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Visually read bottles, product, batch numbers, etc. </li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Demonstrated knowledge of chemicals and possible safety hazards.</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Six (6) months prior experience at Melaleuca or equivalent. </li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Ability to organize and coordinate projects.</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Answering questions and training associates in the technical aspects of the work area.</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Ability to read write and perform basic math (i.e. add, subtract, multiply, divide) for completing reports, labels, paperwork, etc. </li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Ability to perform the essential duties and qualification with efficiency and accuracy. </li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Two (2) to three (3) years manufacturing experience.</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Two (2) to three (3) years supervisor/management experience. </li></ul> Additional<ul><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Understanding and knowledge of SOP’s.</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Ability to climb stairs.</li></ul>Why Melaleuca:
