This role is critical in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards. <br/><br/><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br/><br/></p><ul><li>Produce conceptual schedules (Precon / L1) for development and creation of full project timelines (L5) </li><li>Maintain a database of probable schedule durations by activities as well as overall durations. </li><li>Development and tracking of baselined project schedules using well-defined and properly sequenced work activities. </li><li>Oversee all scheduling activities and provide required status updates, forecasts, and reports as necessary. </li><li>Develop project layouts in conjunction with the project team, alternate schedules, and progress measurement of the schedule. </li><li>Reviewing, critiquing, and ingesting vendor and subcontractor updates into the overall project schedule. </li><li>Verifying updates, via scheduled update meetings with superintendents and foremen, tracking all work activities that have been accomplished. </li><li>Understand the flow and logistics needed for the execution of the project. </li><li>Supports ongoing projects by working with the project managers, identifying opportunities for improvement, delays, and areas where additional concentration is required. </li><li>Develop and maintain estimate production rates database. </li><li>Align estimate production rates with the project schedule to ensure alignment. </li><li>Input of resource-loaded schedules to ensure physical resources are accounted for in the project schedules, such as labor, capital equipment, facilities, and materials. </li><li>Creation and updating of cost-loaded schedules, combining scheduled activities and their costs to give a clear picture for contractors to visualize spending based on timelines. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned. </li></ul><strong>Qualifications:</strong><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business Administration. </li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience within the construction industry. </li><li>Highly proficient in scheduling programs (e.g., Primavera P6 or OPC, Microsoft Project, LEAN, CPM,) </li><li>Highly proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite. </li><li>Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and the latest industry standards. </li><li>Strong ability to read construction drawings and apply drawing maps/areas of work to the project schedule. </li><li>Excellent analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills. </li><li>Willingness to travel within local areas. </li></ul><br/><br/>Global Earthwork + Underground is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE). Responsible for promoting brand awareness in their community and developing relationships with and inspiring local organizations to partner with Savers. Manages a team of Community Donation Center Ambassadors.
