p>Qualifications include a graduate degree in Nursing (MSN or higher) Doctoral degree in Nursing, Education, or a related healthcare field preferred, demonstrated teaching experience in nursing education, a minimum of two years of recent direct patient care clinical experience, a current, unencumbered Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license, expertise and competence in clinical areas relevant to teaching responsibilities, a strong commitment to student success and academic excellence; and experience with outcomes assessment and evidence-based teaching practices is preferred.
