They provide services consistent with the dimensions of ABA that may include, but are not limited to, conducting functional behavior assessments and analyses, developing data collection systems and analyzing data, writing and revising behavior-analytic treatment plans, training others to implement components of treatment plans, and overseeing the implementation of treatment plans, direct service, staff training and/or parent training, and provides supervision to Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts, Behavioral Programming Specialists and other ancillary service staff as assigned. It is responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all North Carolinians, providing human service needs for special populations including individuals who are deaf, blind, developmentally disabled, and mentally ill, and helping poor North Carolinians achieve economic independence.
