This role acts as a primary focal point for financial analysis, budget execution, and manpower trackingThe ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) and a deep understanding of Army appropriation types, including Operations and Maintenance, Army (OMA), Aircraft Procurement, Army (APA), and Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDTE). Would like the candidate to have past experience in Out-of-Service/Internal Operating Budget (IOB) planning phases through full execution, ensuring compliance with federal financial regulationsKey Responsibilities• Manage, track, and execute funding across multiple appropriations including OMA, APA, and RDTE.• Perform commitment, obligation, and disbursement tracking within GFEBS.•
