Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED, supplemented by college-level course work in physical education, psychology, sociology, early childhood education, or child growth and development, or related field; two years experience in gymnastics or dance program administration or at least one year experience as a preschool director; and lead or supervisory experience are required. Physical and Mental Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, run, crawl, stoop, kneel, push, drag, squat, twist, talk, hear, see and demonstrate manual dexterity.
