You’ll work closely with Coaching, Operations, and cross-functional teams who care deeply about helping people grow at work, and about building a company with trust, respect, curiosity, and care. We also believe the future of coaching is human + AI: deeply human where trust, judgment, and connection matter most, and intelligently augmented where technology can make coaching more measurable, actionable, and scalable.
