This position serves as a welcoming ambassador for Metropolitan Ministries, ensuring volunteers, community partners, and guests feel valued, informed, and connected to the mission while supporting holiday operations across the Tampa Bay area. The Seasonal Volunteer Engagement Coordinator is responsible for creating an exceptional volunteer experience throughout the holiday season by supporting volunteer recruitment, placement, orientation, stewardship, engagement, and evaluation efforts.
