The Director provides organizational leadership for nine direct reports whose positions span separate SHC and NYU IT HR and budget lines; builds and develops a high-performing, service-oriented team; partners with clinical, operational, and University leaders; and advances technology that supports safe, effective, equitable, and high-quality care across NYU's global health network and public health responsibilities. Expert level proficiency with clinical information systems, electronic health record platforms (including substantial direct experience with system configuration, clinical decision support, workflow design and optimization, interoperability, systems integration), data architecture, analytics, systems integration, and emerging technologies.
