Together, these teams partner with stakeholders to define success criteria, gain executive alignment and allocate resources to support initiatives, establish clear roles and responsibilities, develop communication and change management plans, assemble and lead high-performance project teams, and lead post-project reviews from both a project execution and business case retrospective perspective.
