The Program Director is expected to maintain a strong working knowledge of Massachusetts Early Intervention requirements and to establish effective systems for identifying and correcting compliance, staffing, service delivery, fiscal, and operational concerns before they negatively affect children, families, employees, or the organization. The Program Director provides leadership to a multidisciplinary workforce and is accountable for program quality, personnel management, regulatory compliance, service delivery, fiscal performance, productivity, documentation, billing integrity, family rights, community partnerships, risk management, and continuous quality improvement.
