Seasonality: During holiday periods production will need to ramp up to meet peak demand (ie, Thanksgiving, Christmas/Channukah, New Years Eve, Valentines Day, Purim, Passover, Easter, Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, etc) will require that employee not take time off the 1-3 weeks unless absolutely necessary. Production employee works with the production team to produce required items to meet demand.
