Provides advice, support and counsel as well as implements systems to manage human capital to include strategies for effective staff retention and recruiting initiatives, wage and compensation management, benefits administration, employee relations and human resources management consultation, policies and procedures administration, employee engagement programs, conflict resolution, labor relations, training and compliance with applicable state and federal laws.
