Requirements/Qualifications: Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, or relevant job experience A minimum of 7 years of demonstrated experience in on or more of the following areas: Project leadership in a structured, multidisciplinary, aerospace/defense contract research, development, and integration environment Leading project teams through system requirements reviews, preliminary design reviews, critical design reviews, and test readiness reviews Leading product developments through full lifecycle including requirements definition, design, development, test, and sustainment Managing complex electronics supply chain, including managing vendors, for prototype system development Product lifecycle management including collaboration with stakeholders to define and execute sustaining projects, end of life parts mitigations, last time buy component tracking and management Skilled in the use of MS Project, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word Effective English language written and oral communication skills US CitizenshipAdditional Desired Qualifications: PMI certification Government contract proposal generation, contract review, and other business negotiations and development activities A background in timing, navigation, or GPS/GNSS systems Candidates with current TS/SCI clearance strongly preferred U.S. Export Controls Requirements: This job requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by the export laws of the United States. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the supply chain and experience with hardware tracking and ordering, coordinating with buyers, planners, and vendors, requesting, and negotiating quotes and timeliness establishing alternative solutions, when needed.
