Advise and assist the Government Program Manager on all business aspects of the funded projects, including requirements definition, budget formulation, cost estimates, contract strategy formulation, contract schedule management, contractor progress, contract risk management, earned value status, and future budget requirements. Providing acquisition support to project and program managers, to include reviewing and assessing project/program performance, reviewing delivered contract data items, and preparing factual, clear, concise, complete and appropriately coordinated written communications.
