Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Substance Use Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field and current Arizona independent behavioral health licensure in good standing, such as LPC, LCSW, LIAC, LMFT, or another qualifying independent license. Reporting to the Senior Director of Clinical Services, the Clinical Programs Manager translates clinical strategy into effective day-to-day operations while ensuring services remain evidence-based, trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, member-centered, and compliant.
