Work You'll Do: As a Finance Transformation Strategic Change Manager, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation, you will: Design, develop, and manage execution of fit-for-purpose change management strategies and plans for our large-scale program and other Finance Transformation initiatives, with a focus on accelerating ROI and reducing adoption risk. In this role, you will design and lead change strategies that engage, inspire, and motivate people to embrace the cultural and behavioral shifts created by our large-scale Finance Transformation program enabling a human-led, AI-powered finance ecosystem as well as other strategic Finance initiatives.
