Establishes the program test operating model; coordinates accountable delivery across Labor Management IT, UKG, Test Assure, Payroll, Human Resources, business, and technical teams; and provides objective evidence of solution quality, payroll accuracy, business acceptance, residual risk, and deployment readiness. The role translates the approved test strategy into executable plans and provides integrated governance across Unit/Configuration Validation, Migration Validation, QA/Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Payroll Compare, regression, deployment validation, and test completion.
