Support end‑to‑end program management for social media initiatives, from intake and briefing through execution and launch Partner with Client Services to support execution of brand priorities and maintain strong day‑to‑day client relationships Assist with coordination of Tier 1 social campaigns, including vehicle launches and key brand moments Support always‑on organic social content, ensuring deliverables stay aligned to timelines and priorities Coordinate cross‑functional teams across strategy, creative, production, media, and analytics Help maintain program plans, timelines, and documentation Track progress, dependencies, and potential risks, escalating when needed Support internal and client status meetings by capturing notes, actions, and next steps Contribute to operational best practices that support efficiency across social workflows Qualifications 3-5 years of project or program management experience, ideally within an agency or integrated marketing environment Experience supporting social media or digital campaigns across multiple workstreams Familiarity with social media content production and campaign workflows Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Clear communicator who works well across teams and stakeholders Comfortable working in fast‑paced environments with changing priorities Passion for social media, digital culture, and or automotive brands Additional information The Power of One starts with our people!
