This work will create aligned visibility for operational planning, care delivery, and quality improvement projects throughout the CFK service area of Northeast and Central Wisconsin involving Froedtert ThedaCare North region involving inpatient care, NICU, Urgent Care, Primary Care, Specialty Care, and surgical care. Partnering with leaders from Children's Wisconsin, Emplify by Bellin, and Froedtert ThedaCare to fulfill the value proposition of the JOA to create value, expand access to primary care and specialty care, improve experience, and keep care closer to home.
