Forklift Trained Trained on all needed hand tools to complete the following tasks (Able to demonstrate the correct/safe use of all required tools to complete the following tasks) Able to perform preventive maintenance on the BALER (Able to replace hydraulic components, adjust baler knifes, Demonstrate correct/safe use of the high torque machine) Able to perform preventive maintenance on BALER tier system (Able to trouble shoot and replace all components) Trained on making hydraulic hoses (Able to demonstrate) Able to perform preventive maintenance on PRI-MAX (Clean shafts, replace filter, clean cooler fan) Able to perform preventive maintenance on all conveyors (Able to change buckets, and replace take ups) Trained on advanced conveyor repair (Replace bearings, change transmissions, replace head/tail pulley) Trained on correct/safe use of rigging equipment Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following: Performs planned maintenance inspection (PM); diagnose, repair, and rebuild major equipment/components including but not limited to balers, conveyors, hydraulic power packs, eddy currents, electro-magnetic belts, optical sorters, diverters, compressors, trash compactors, motors, glass breakers, wire tie systems, fans, pumps, forklifts, front-end loaders and building equipment.
