Manage operational relationships with vendors and service providers supporting the mobile device ecosystem, including device logistics, repairs, connectivity services, MDM platforms, and internal IFS stakeholders, to execute configuration changes, resolve issues, and maintain alignment across device management workflows. Lead MDM projects and major technology implementations, including device refreshes, platform transitions, testing, deployment, documentation, training, and operational handoff; develop project plans, manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and proactively address risks and dependencies.
