Responsibilities: Partner with Business Development and Preconstruction to review contract requirements, estimate assumptions, baseline schedules, procurement, permitting, interconnection, constructability, site logistics, staffing, and subcontractor strategy, then convert the sold project into an executable plan with clear scope, budget, schedule, risk ownership, and decision paths before mobilization. Lead project-level change-order development, negotiation, claims support, schedule recovery, and management of liquidated-damages exposure; escalate material commercial and contractual risks to Commercial, Legal, and senior leadership.
