As needed, performs work in other areas such as building maintenance which includes but is not limited to: landscaping, snow removal, parking lot, sidewalks, traffic signs, monument sign, roof, roof screen, office, HVAC equipment, exterior windows, precast panels and other equipment installed on the exterior of the building. Actively participates in the safety program by: engaging in training activities to learn what constitutes a safety hazard; reporting safety concerns to the supervisor, submitting safety suggestions, and correcting or reporting to the appropriate people when you see a workplace health or safety hazard, until it is resolved.
