This position will oversee, assign, direct and evaluate multi technical teams and IT operational across research, network infrastructure, user support, software request, hardware deployment and request, IT project management, offender management systems and applications, and surveillance systems. Will direct and oversee statewide DCR IT operations, network infrastructure (circuits, switches, firewalls, cabling), facility security surveillance systems, computing hardware, inventory, custom application, IT procurement, technical support and emerging technology.
