Do you have a Bachelor's degree in emergency management, business, government, or related field and two years' relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in law enforcement, fire, emergency medical, safety, or security, which demonstrates the ability to: (1) create plans designed to address specific institutional needs, (2) effectively prepare written plans, policies, and procedures that support the programs, and (3) effectively assists individuals or groups in the application of these plans, policies, and procedures.
