Success in this role is measured by schedule integrity, clean cross-team coordination, timely exception handling, and stakeholder confidence—not by personally executing workstream deliverables. The primary accountability is to coordinate workstream owners and delivery teams, integrate dependencies, and own an accurate, current, and actionable integrated schedule.
