Short Description: The Client is looking for an experienced project manager, with juvenile justice or child welfare expertise, to support the District’s efforts to establish a continuum of care implementation plan.
Complete Description:
Client requires the services of a full-time Project Director to manage the agency’s Continuum of Care project. A well-resourced continuum of care should include a wide range of supports, from community-based prevention services for youth at risk of system involvement, to diversion and intervention services that prevent youth from penetrating deeper into the juvenile justice system, as well as re-entry services to help support with community reintegration following a period of detention.
The
