You''ll own complete compliance workstreams from discovery through implementation-conducting stakeholder interviews, mapping current-state processes, identifying gaps and control weaknesses, designing future-state solutions, and leading the deployment and change management efforts required to make them stick. This role requires someone who can take ambiguous regulatory and contractual requirements-FAR/DFARS, ITAR, export controls, and customer flow-downs-and partner with subject matter experts to translate them into clear, executable workflows that withstand internal review, customer scrutiny, and government audit.
