Meet with Product teams to review scope, resource plan, resource assignments, system details, buy lists, design documents, deployment plans, testing plans/scripts, SIT/QAT/UAT requirements, operational handover guidelines/documents, or other documentation/information necessary for the project to be completed successfully; The role is accountable for making decisions, being informed and executing actions.
