Ensure timely processing of integrator, subcontractor, hardware, software, and licensing invoices and vendor applications Write all AV/IT-related RFPs, contracts, purchase orders, and change orders; maintain a record of field work and change orders and their impact upon job cost and the project schedule. This role is a leader in the management of projects from start to finish, including preliminary planning, project strategy development, high-level estimation, design, pre-construction, detailed estimation, installation and commissioning, and post-project documentation completion.
