Working within the Project Controls group, this role manages subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, insurance certificates, lien waivers, and the records that support accurate and timely payments. The Project Coordinator works closely with Project Managers, Project Engineers, accounting, subcontractors, and vendors to make sure contracts are accurate, executed on time, and compliant with project requirements.
