During the early phases of project development, your primary focus will be supporting utility investigations, utility-conflict identification, utility-owner coordination, permit acquisition, utility relocation planning, utility-protection programs, and construction sequencing associated with large-scale greenfield site development activities. You will work closely with utility owners, engineers, construction teams, permitting agencies, subcontractors, survey teams, and project leadership to identify conflicts, coordinate access, manage risks, and support utility-related construction activities throughout the project lifecycle.
