The Project Executive shall meet regularly with the DO (as well as other managers such as the CFO, COO, Managing Director, Director of Business Development & Marketing, Director of Human Resources, Director of Safety, or their designees collectively the "Management Team") and keep the DO informed about staffing, project performance, BU profitability, growth, strategy, issues, employee retention, and client retention. o Project schedule review prior to issuance to the Owner and Subcontractors o Project Budget as prepared by estimating prior to issuance to accounting Subcontracts and Purchase Orders o Contractual notices to Owners and Subcontractors o Change Order Requests prior to submission to the Owner o Subcontractor AIA Change Orders and associated budget revisions.
